And the reason for that, she said, was that two of the three processing departments tht dealt with the U.S. business were gone. (She didn't know why, whether it was downsizing, or whether it was at the insistence of the US govt. The latter rather extraordinary comment she said she "just heard around the office.")
I told her that Neteller should, if they ever again want to enter the US market, to get more people to process the withdrawals. That BoS (she'd never heard of them) kept stretching out the time they would make a payback, before absconding.
