The charming lady with the Brit accent (were I Henry Higgins I'd know exactly where in the UK she grew up) assured me, of course, that all monies would be paid.

But did acknowledge that the delay was recently changed from 2 week maximum to "two to four weeks." And the reason for that, she said, was that two of the three processing departments tht dealt with the U.S. business were gone. (She didn't know why, whether it was downsizing, or whether it was at the insistence of the US govt. The latter rather extraordinary comment she said she "just heard around the office.")

I told her that Neteller should, if they ever again want to enter the US market, to get more people to process the withdrawals. That BoS (she'd never heard of them) kept stretching out the time they would make a payback, before absconding.

OK, four weeks maximim. "But," cautioned the lady, "things could change."

Right. Tell me about it!

Fuck, that's not good. I got a bad feeling that those bastards are going to steal my money.

I likewise don't have a good feeling about this, and as they say on another thread, is there anyone out there in the USA who has received either a check or an EFT from Neteller in the past week or so?

We're not being offered any facts from this company. I got part of my money out when the arrests came down, transferred to a book. Wish now I'd transferred all of it.

That's the part that bothers me. I think things WILL change, and they think so too, and that's why NO ONE in the U.S. seems to be getting paid right now. It's a possibility that they have money tied up in some sort of short term investment that requires a few weeks to liquidate. But I don't give a shit about that. I'm not here for Neteller to earn a little more interest off my money while I wait with my thumb up my ass. The ambiguousness of the whole payout situation is pushing me to think that we're going to get f***ed.

Neteller really has no reason to hurry... There are likely UK bank laws and they are prob following them to their max profit.

The reason books are slow paying including CRIS is that their money is tied up in neteller too.

I am not convinced Neteller can be used for porn. Sexy Wagers closed up shop a few months ago.

I fully believe the EFT backlog story. I spoke with they yesterday & was told that they could cancel my pending EFTs in 24-48 hours(took less than 24) so that I could withdraw the funds on my card.

IMPORTANT NOTE----If you just happen to log into your account and see your previously pending EFTs listed as "declined", there is a delay of a few minutes before the $$$$ is transfered back into your account. I just had the holy living shit scared out of me by not knowing that.

Wrong , normally neteller issues weekly settlements, I had a couple of instances where they actually put me in trouble as they sent me the money and then I needed it to process cashouts for example. Sometimes you had to tell them to NOT pay you so fast!

While all companies might have some $ tied up in neteller I doubt the % is higher than 10% of balances in average.

The problem is simply this:

"ok sir we are not going to do business with you anymore" and then you have to look for a new place and the opening line is

"ok , I represent neteller and we have 50 million dollars that we need to pay"

at that point the person at this company puts "neteller trouble" in google and then he says

"I think we will pass in doing business with you have a nice day"

If companies dont want to do business with you at all it doesnt really matter how many millions I have ready to pay all the customers.

TT , if you perceed this route please let me know if it works. I already have a neteller card (which I have never used) and I'm thinking about cancle the pending to do this. But I would hate like hell to cancle the pending just for the ATM card not to work and then get shoved in the back of the line. Hell I asked for my W/D on 16th 24 hours before all this stuff went down
